Deep systems work, where systems matter most
Different sectors, the same discipline: systems designed around how each industry actually operates, not a one-size-fits-all template.
Read this ifyou've explained your sector's quirks to a vendor before and watched their eyes glaze over.
Sector knowledge is not a vertical template
We do not license an industry product, so nothing is pushing a recommendation toward what we already have built.
What carries between sectors is the method: understand the operation before choosing technology, write the architecture down, engineer past the demo. What does not carry is the operating detail: the obligations sitting inside a workflow, the system of record everything else defers to, the words a business uses for its own objects. That detail is what the research phase exists to establish, and it is different in every organization, not just every industry.
So the pages below are examples of how the work lands in a sector, not a list of industries we are limited to. What we look for first is the same everywhere: where work waits on a person to move it, which systems disagree about the same fact, and which failure costs the most when it happens quietly.
Briefs are also published for healthcare, financial services, education and startups, which we assess case by case before engaging.
If your sector is not here, describe the problem instead; that is where the work starts either way.
