Our Approach

SYSTIQO Tech Labs treats security as a foundational engineering concern, for this site and for the systems we build for clients, not an afterthought.

For client systems, the specific security controls are agreed per engagement, according to the system, the data involved and the operating environment. We do not hold security or compliance certifications, and nothing on this page claims one.

Infrastructure

This site is served over HTTPS with modern transport security, and hosted on infrastructure that receives regular platform-level security updates.

Data Handling

Information submitted through this site is encrypted in transit and handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We limit access to submitted data to the people who need it to respond to your enquiry. The contact form is rate-limited and screened for automated spam.

Responsible Disclosure

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability affecting this site, please report it to hello@systiqo.com rather than disclosing it publicly, with enough detail for us to reproduce it. We investigate credible reports promptly.

While investigating, please do not access, change or delete data that is not yours, do not degrade the site for other visitors, and give us reasonable time to fix an issue before disclosing it. We do not currently run a paid bug bounty programme.
